Terms
Scope. The work is limited to what this proposal describes. Anything else is quoted separately before it starts.
Payment. Invoices are due within 15 days. One time fees are invoiced on signing. Recurring fees are invoiced at the start of each period.
Changes. Either party can ask for a change in writing. Changes that affect price or timing take effect once both parties agree in writing.
Ending the agreement. Either party may end a recurring engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to that date is paid in full.
Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other's non public information private and uses it only for this engagement.
Electronic signature. Both parties agree that signing electronically is as binding as signing on paper.
